Tika, listening to this latest episode cracked me up because it seems we share a brain. :) I too had to "hit my knitting reset button," as you so aptly phrased it, this last week or so. Stockinette socks or small garter stitch with lace edging shawlettes seems to be all I can wrap my brain around.
ReplyDeleteI also adore High Fantasy reading, especially Tad Williams. Did you know he has two books of a new trilogy out now? The first is called Shadowmarch, and the second is Shadowplay. I loved them & can't wait for the third.
Have you ever read Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn series? I just started the first one, and so far, so good.
Anyway, thanks for doing the podcast. I love hearing what you've been knitting. Good on you for starting Grad School!
